Marten Van Pelt Named President of Y&R Korea
Marten Van Pelt has been named President of Y&R Korea. Marten, who has been with Y&R in a number of different roles since 2000, will also serve as our Global Lead for LG Electronics whose business is headquartered in South Korea. Y&R has supported LG in over 55 global markets since 2007.
Based in Seoul for the last three years, Marten has been responsible for leading many the key global client relationships within the region. He already manages the Y&R Seoul team and their responsibilities on a number of clients including Japan Tourism and Boehringer-Ingelheim. Y&R Korea will also focuses on providing strong global capabilities for Korean companies looking to develop their business around the world. This is all part of Y&R’s commitment to one of the most important markets in the region.
