Y&R Global CEO David Sable sits down with Microsoft Advertising at the 2012 International CES and discusses how the event has changed in the 15 years since he first attended, what tech Microsoft has to offer marketers to better tell their brand’s stories, and his big bets for the year.
“Storytelling is getting much more important,” he says. “The truth is…the notion of getting back to what actually drove advertising all those years ago when the cavemen – the first Mad Men – figured this out. It’s all about storytelling, and it’s about being able to use the channels that you have to their best. The channels we have today are fabulous.”
